Request a QuoteWHO WE ARE
We use continuous melting, rotational forming, flame fusion and other processes to manufacture transparent and opaque quartz glass products. Our production system includes an electric-arc crucible workshop, cold-processing workshop and hot-processing workshop.
We deep-process quartz glass to customer requirements, including plates, tubes, crucibles, rings and flanges, targets, furnace tubes, boats, laboratory ware, heaters and high-precision components for semiconductor, photovoltaic, infrared heating, aerospace, chemical and research applications.
Production, engineering, sales and after-sales support work together to provide reliable quartz materials and finished parts. Our goal is straightforward: improve each process continuously and earn customer satisfaction through product quality, honest communication and dependable service.
For demanding glass-capillary requirements, we developed both primary and secondary drawing processes. Beyond round tubes and rods, we manufacture square, rectangular, triangular and semicircular profiles with one, two, three or multiple bores. Dimensions and tolerances are controlled to customer drawings.
EQUIPMENT & EXPERTISE
Our equipment includes glass drawing towers for precision capillaries and rods, grinding and polishing machines for high-transparency plates and substrates, CNC machine tools for complex glass parts, hot-processing lathes for instruments and annealing furnaces for stress relief.
WHY CHOOSE US
