Quartz glass parts move through material selection, blank preparation, machining or hot working, cleaning, dimensional inspection and final packing. The applicable inspection method depends on part geometry, tolerance, surface requirement, and end use.
Customer Support
For new parts, useful RFQ information includes material type, OD/ID or length-width-thickness, tolerance, end geometry, surface finish, holes or slots, quantity and application conditions.
