Quartz capillaries may use a round outer profile or a shaped section with one or multiple bores. Drawing and redrawing routes are selected according to bore size, wall or web thickness, concentricity and the required cross-section.
What to Specify
Provide the outside dimensions, bore diameter or shape, bore quantity and position, wall or web thickness, tolerances, length, end finish and inspection method. A cross-section drawing is required for shaped and multi-hole parts.
