Capacity, body diameter, and neck configuration are quoted together — a given capacity can come in different body proportions, so send body diameter and height alongside target volume, not volume alone.

Neck, Ground-Joint and Multi-Port Options

Single-neck flasks are standard; two- and three-neck configurations are available for reactions needing simultaneous stirring, addition, and monitoring. Joint size on each neck is confirmed against your existing glassware or equipment — send the joint standard your setup uses rather than assuming a default size.

Round-bottom flasks are typical for heating on a mantle; flat-bottom flasks stand unsupported on a bench. Neck count and joint size are the two specs most likely to need confirming against your existing setup — a flask with the right capacity but the wrong joint size won't connect to your condenser or stirrer.

Quartz Flask Body and Bottom Styles

Fabrication is hot-formed from tube or blown from a gather, with necks drawn and ground joints fused on, then fire-polished. Before shipment we check capacity, body dimensions, neck/joint fit, bottom shape, and weld/joint points.
