Capacity, OD, and neck style are confirmed together — a narrow-neck bottle and a wide-mouth vial at the same volume have different proportions, so specify which style you need rather than volume alone.

Neck, Closure and Ground-Joint Options

Screw-thread necks take a standard cap; ground-joint necks take a matched quartz stopper for a tighter seal. Plain (open) necks are available where the container doesn't need to seal — just hold and pour. Tell us which closure your application needs, since it determines the neck finish.

Quartz Bottles & Vials Size / Capacity / Joint Standard

If a ground joint is needed, confirm the standard size against what your matching stopper or equipment uses. Fabrication is hot-formed from tube stock, with the base closed and fire-polished and the neck finished to the closure type specified. Before shipment we check capacity, neck/mouth fit, base condition, wall thickness, seal fit (where applicable), and appearance.
