Custom Quartz Optical Lenses & Reflectors
| Parameter | Typical Range |
|---|---|
| Diameter | 5–100 mm |
| Thickness | 1–20 mm |
| Radius / curvature | Confirmed per drawing |
| Flatness (flat reflectors) | λ/4 @ 633 nm |
| Surface roughness | Ra < 5 nm, polished |
| Coating | AR (single / multi-band) or metal / dielectric reflective coating; specified by wavelength band, incidence angle and face |

Quartz lenses and flat or curved reflectors finished to a defined curvature, flatness, and surface quality — confirmed against your optical requirement, not a generic polish grade.
Curvature, flatness, and surface roughness are checked per surface, not as one number for the whole part — a lens has two faces that may need different specs, and only the optical path faces need the tightest finish.
Available Quartz Optical Lenses & Reflectors Configurations
Both curved lenses (spherical, standard radii) and flat or curved reflectors are made from the same polishing process, differing mainly in target curvature. Flat reflectors are specified by flatness alone; curved lenses and reflectors need a target radius plus a tolerance on that radius.
Surface Finish, Curvature and Optical Faces
Surface finish is specified per face, since a lens's back surface (if not in the optical path, or used only for mounting) doesn't need the same polish as the front. AR single- or multi-band coatings and metal / dielectric reflective coatings are specified by wavelength band, angle of incidence, optical face and target transmission or reflectivity. Before shipment we check curvature/form, thickness, surface condition, edge, and whatever optical test (interferometry, etc.) applies to your spec.
